You Don’t Feel Like Yourself Because You’re Not

There’s a version of you that fits your life.

It says the right things.

Makes the right choices.

Does what’s expected.

And then there’s the version of you that doesn’t.

The one that questions things.

The one that feels restless.

The one that doesn’t quite belong in the life you’ve built.

Most people ignore that version.

They suppress it.

They outgrow it.

They tell themselves it’s just a phase.

But it doesn’t go away.

Because it’s not a phase.

It’s a signal.

A signal that something doesn’t align.

That something deeper is trying to surface.

And once you feel that…

you can’t fully go back.

That’s where everything starts to shift.
