Instead of focusing on letting things go, it’s more productive for me to internally focus on letting things be (regardless of what I may have to outwardly do).

With that focus, I find what needs to stay will stay, what needs to go will go, without me having to sort through any unnecessary and/or exhausting specifics.

  26. We don’t really have a choice on that since, in essence with letting go, i think, is also meant same thing : so just be , relax … . We are not just mental beings, but it is ok to do mental practice if that is an aware choice . Words have entangled us for so long, and now is the time to ‘quantize’ them by introspection through the body rather than be entangled by them .
