HAHAHA! Honestly? It’s mostly all boring-ass diet. I make sure I get the the right amount of protein, manage the hormones through a bit of fasting and judiciousness with carbs, then throw in a few lifting sessions. I’ll tell Jumar, and thanks for the kind words, Fan Girl Kris! 😘

It sucks at first, but I actually look forward to it now; I don’t need as much sleep, and my mind works faster. It’s like a mini reboot. 🙂
